    To process a claim, please email us within 5 days of delivery with:

    • Clear photos of the damaged item

    • Photos of the packaging (including the box and any visible damage)

    • Your order number and full name

    This information allows us to quickly assess the issue and coordinate a replacement with our print lab. Claims submitted without photos or outside the timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
